Location:   Beaumont, Texas, USA

Services:   Instrumentation, Control Systems  and Electrical Engineering 

Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering  services including but not limited to the following:

• Revision of P&IDs

• Emergency Shutdown System ESD (SIS) (CEMS, logic narratives, boolean logic, programming and full testing)

• Distributed Control System DCS (CEMS, control narratives, logic, programming and full testing)

• Replacement of all old pneumatic field instrumentation with new electronic instrumentation

• Replacement of all analytical systems. 

• Support site work as required (construction QA/QC, commissioning and startup)

• Manage Site I&E subcontractor with manpower in the range of between 100 – 200 field technicians.

• Manage all purchasing for new Instrumentation, including but not limited to the following:

• Creation of RFQs including in particular all technical specifications and other attachments. 

• Bid Tabulation Review and Purchase Order award recommendation

• Develop operating procedures and operator training
