Services:   Instrumentation, Control Systems, Electrical Engineering. Site support / construction management, Site support engineering, commissioning, operator training, spare parts management. 

Responsibilities:

• Revision of existing and development of new P&IDs

• Emergency Shutdown System ESD (SIS)  (CEMS, narratives, boolean logic, programming and full testing)

• Distributed Control System DCS (CEMS, logic narratives, logic diagrams, programming and full testing)

• Replacement of all old pneumatic field instrumentation with new electronic instrumentation

• Replacement of all analytical systems. 

• Support site work as required (construction QA/QC, commissioning and startup)

• Manage Site I&E subcontractor with manpower in the range of between 25 – 75 field technicians.

• Manage all purchasing for new Instrumentation, including but not, limited to the following:

  • Creation of RFQs including in particular all technical specifications and other attachments. 

  • Bid Tabulation Review and Purchase Order award recommendation

• Develop operating procedures and operator trainings

• Complete Electrical design and procurement
